Facilities Issues

For Facilities issues such as space renovation, painting, hanging pictures, moving or keys,
follow these steps:

Log into NUPortal Facilities Connect
In the upper left corner of the page, under Request Central,
select your issue from the dropdown.

Consult the Create a New Service Request Guide for further steps, or you can email your request directly to Facilities Customer Service at  Facilities@Northwestern.edu.

Phone Requests/Building Access/Data Ports

For changes to telephone lines or activation of data ports,
contact the Research IT team at orhelp@northwestern.edu.
